1. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
2. What we have done
- A "skip to content" link, clear headings and landmarks for screen readers and keyboard users.
- Visible focus outlines and full keyboard access to menus, questions and forms.
- Text that meets contrast guidelines, and labels on every form field.
- Descriptions on meaningful images.
- Motion that switches off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages that work on phones and when zoomed to 200%.
3. Known limitations
Some example screens shown over photos are decorative illustrations; the same information is in the text around them. We review the website regularly and fix issues as we find them.
4. Feedback and help
If something on this website is hard to use, or you need information in another format, tell us through our contact form. We will reply within two business days and help you another way in the meantime.
